Silktoyz will ship globally at competitive rates.

All orders will be dispatched in unmarked plain packaging.

SilkToyz will dispatch orders once payment confirmation. Or if in the unlikely event inventory is found damaged or missing then after the top up receival from our wholsalers no more than a few days.

Silktoyz ensures that all items of sexual nature will automatically be shipped in plain packaging. Packaging will have no indication to what has been ordered to ensure absolute privacy to our customer. Or if requested we can ship as disguised as instructed by you to any location just send us an email during the checkout process in Checkout STEP 2 under the "Add Comments About Your Order". We can ship in anyway you wish all is required is to let us know your requirements. But if no comments are left during checkout then as stated all sexually natured items will be shipped in plain packaging with no linkage to a sextoy. No one will ever know whats in the package.

Our checkout system can also allow you to attach your personal details to the purchase yet post to a seperate location if this is required by you.

Returns :

Please choose your products carefully as we cannot accept returns of products should you change your mind.

If in the unfortunate event a product sold by SilkToyz is found to be defective or faulty it must be reported to SilkToyz within 28 work days of goods being received by customer. Returned goods found to have a manufacturing fault once inspected and accepted by the supplier will be entitled to a refund or replacement. Returns must be in the original package quantities as part packages cannot be accepted.

Please don't use sex toys or handle them :) By law once a sex toy has been handled it is deemed to be sold and your option for a return will be void!
